What is your payment schedule?

An initial payment of 40% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the arrival date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).

What taxes are applied to a reservation?

U.S. Virgin Island Combination taxes are applied to all reservations. Effective January 1, 2016, rates are subject to 12.5% Government Hotel Tax.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date are refunded the deposit less the resort service fee. There are no refunds made within 21 days of the arrival date, unless travel insurance is purchased and the need to cancel is covered under the policy.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes, we are proud to offer our guests one of the best vacation rental protection policies in the industry. The Royal Adventure Travel Protection Program, underwritten by Jubilee at Lloyd’s, and supported by Rental Guardian, covers you and your vacation investment when many unexpected and unforeseen circumstances occur.

Travel insurance is optional and may be added to your reservation up to 30 days of your arrival date. Once purchased, travel insurance may only be canceled within ten (10) days of purchase. Reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date may still elect to add travel insurance after verification from the insurance provider. The cost for this insurance is 7% of your total booking charges.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage. In addition to protecting your vacation investment against many unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, hurricanes or an illness or injury to someone in the traveling party, Royal Adventure Travel Protection has other advantages including 24/7 emergency services hotline and medical coverage while you are at your destination.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes! We have teamed up with a prepaid private airport transportation with first class service that is perfect for individuals, families, couples, and groups. Is housekeeping service provided during my stay?

The electricity rates on St. Thomas are more than three times what they are in the states. The villa rates include arrival and departure housekeeping. Housekeeping during your stay is available upon request. We will replace any used towels with clean ones, remove trash from the villa and straighten up your bed.

Does the resort have wireless internet?

Free WIFI is available in the lobby and in all of the resort-managed villas.

How far is the resort to the beach?

Our small but private and secluded Sugar Beach is a few downhill steps away at end of the resort’s nature trail. Lindquist Beach and Coki Beach are both just 0.5 miles from the property and our transportation service can take you there.

Yes! We have partnered up with a team of local experts with over 20 years of combined experience in serving travelers and visitors. Through their local experience and insider knowledge, we are able to offer insights and recommendations you won’t find on other travel sites. What are the dining options both on and off the resort?

The resort restaurant, Shoreline Bar & Grille, opened in December 2015 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Many other restaurants are located nearby in Red Hook. Please ask our Activities Team for suggestions and information on dining options.

How close are major attractions and activities to the resort?

There are many attractions and activities within a 5 mile radius of the resort. One of the most popular attractions in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Coral World, is a 5 minute drive from the property and our transportation service can take you there. The Activities team supplies you with an abundance of information upon your arrival and is available throughout your stay to help with related questions.

How close is the resort to the airport?

Cyril E. King Airport (STT) is 9 miles from the resort and typically a 25 minute commute.

Are the villas non-smoking?

Yes, all of our villa interiors are non-smoking.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted within the villas.
