Menus for our private dining events are created by Chef Benny Morales, Certified Chef D’ Cuisine, and his talented culinary team. Menus can be easily tailored for your event. Each of your guests may choose one item from your pre-selected menu for each course. Vegetarian substitutions are available for your events as well as dishes for specific dietary restrictions and allergies. Chef Benny appreciates advanced notification for these requests when possible. Our Chef will try to accommodate any special menu request or create a customized menu for an additional fee.
